A PERSONAL NOTE

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. As a veteran high school English teacher, I know what it’s like to sit through mind-numbing professional development – PD that no one should pay for or endure. Experience with the National Writing Project and the Idaho Coaching Network gave me real-world practice in a strength-based approach of professional learning and coaching practices that honor the expertise of educators. Learning should be joyful, engaging, and empowering – and that’s what is infused in each learning experience and coaching session.
